Adoptable Dog of the Week: Yade is Pure Puppy Gold

She's just one of the pets up for adoption at the county's downtown center.

This week's adoptable dog is Yade, a Golden Retreiver puppy.

Yade is a 5-month-old spayed female who is loving, playful and full of energy. She loves to snuggle and is full of playful puppy energy.  She has been with Manatee County Animal Services since August 14, when she was picked up as a stray. You can visit Yade at the county's downtown adoption center today. During the month of August, dogs are available for $80 and cats for $60. Some animals are available for the $10 license fee. The downtown adoption center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccinations, health check, and microchip. The current rabies certificate/tag is $10. This Back-to-School adoption special is another step in the County’s plan to become a no-kill community.
