Just because the officials did not realize the size and scope, they gave their approval. Done. Make it official, and then enact something that reaches an agreement during the season which turtles nest. Other beaches allow public access during this time, yet they just protect the nests with fencing.
I vote YES! Not because I care so much about the tree house, but the agreement was met, and it should be honored.

Mark K. Based on your theory maybe the owners withheld the "size and scope of the…Read More structure" and they did not act in good faith but took advantage of what they perceived as a loop hole or misunderstanding in the agreement on the part of one of the parties so in my mind the agreement was NOT met and it should not be honored.
