Woman Wanted for Intentionally Hitting Car

Deputies did find the suspect's car, but the damage to the vehicle was inconsistent with the victim's statements.

Deputies are searching for 30-year-old Nichole Sobr after she allegedly rammed her vehicle into another around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday night. 

According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Desiere M. Sevarino and Lauren Matter were driving on State Road 70 when Sobr, a friend of theirs, flagged them down. 

They stopped at 7600 Creekwood Blvd., where Sobr, in an agitated state, attempted to get the victims to exit the vehicle, according to authorities. When the victims refused, Sobr got back into her vehicle and allegedly struck the victims' vehicle before fleeing the scene.

According to the incident report, a deputy was able to locate Sobr's vehicle and witnessed some damage to the vehicle, but the damage was not consistent with the victims' statements. 

Sobr could not be located for an interview, and the case is still under investigation, authorities said.
