Property Fire Causes $30,000 in Damage

The property was vacant at the time of the fire and there are no reported injured. There is an estimated $30,000 worth of damage.

Just before midnight Monday, the Bradenton Fire Department responded to a structure fire a 6008 36th Ave. Circle W.

According to authorities, responding units found heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof of the south side of the property

Firefighters say the fire was put out by 12:18 a.m. Tuesday.

The home was vacant at the time of the fire and there are no reported injured. There is an estimated $30,000 worth of damage.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshals Office, a news release said.
