Units were called multiple times in reference to loud noise complaints coming from a large house party in the 6200 block 12th Street Court East. After authorities broke up the party, witnesses say that a group of patrons at the party got into a heated argument and then multiple shots were fired, possibly from two guns.

According to the sheriff's office, people began running from the shots and as Moscoso was fleeing he was struck once in the upper right hip area.
