Elderly Man Accused of Luring Children in Bradenton
The 79 year old allegedly sat on his porch blowing kisses and making gestures to passing children, according to the Bradenton Police Department.
A 74-year-old Bradenton man was arrested Friday after he allegedly sat on his porch in west Bradenton with the door open, blowing kisses and making obscene gestures to several passing children, according to the Bradenton Police Department.
Gerardo Flores, 1000 block 12th St. West, Bradenton, was charged with luring and enticing a child under 16 years of age, according to an article in the Bradenton Herald, after he invited at least on of several children to come inside his home.
One child told police that when they ride their bike past Flores’ home, he blows air kisses and invites them inside, the article states.

Flores was taken to Manatee County Jail where he is being held on a $15,000 bond.
