Audiological Rehabilitation Sessions
This first
series of audiological rehabilitation sessions introduce you to the auditory
system, tests of audition, the effects of hearing loss, and what you can do to
help your hearing. Types of amplification systems (hearing aids, cochlear
implants, BAHA and assistive technology) will be discussed. Free classes will
run for 6 weeks and will be held at the USF Sarasota-Manatee Selby Auditorium from
4pm-5:30pm on: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7 and 10/14.
