Born in Japan, DeLosh was a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for 28 years. He has been visiting South Central Florida since 1962 and moved to Bradenton in 1989.

 

DeLosh has a background in the retail industry, owning a range of businesses from auto dealerships to a window treatment company. He also has experience as an investor and property management specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all facets of the vacation management industry.
