Sharon Simms, Neighbor

Sharon has been a full time real estate agent in St Petersburg since 1976 and opened her own brokerage in 2008. She uses technology in her business and specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties and downtown condos. She and her daughter, Tami Simms, co-teach luxury marketing designation classes for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is a Certified International Property Specialist and works with many international clients. Her designations include CIPS, CRS, CLHMS, ABR and RSPS. Her team's motto is "We sell real estate and were's good at it."
