Update: A Sarasota man suspected in the Sunday night CVS Robbery on the North Trail is now in police custody. Sarasota Police arrested Tony L. Lynch, 38, of 3365 Saul Stars Court, early this morning, charging him with one count of robbery without a firearm or weapon, according to police. Original Story: Sarasota Police are searching for a man who robbed the North Trail CVS Pharmacy Sunday evening. A man entered the store, 3709 N. Tamiami Trail, around 5:42 p.m. Sunday implied that he had a firearm and took cash and the cash register drawer, according to police.
