Community celebrated the retiring of the Rev. Don Roberts and his wife Peggy Roberts from Goodwill Manasota after more than 30 years of service.
The Roberts are ready to ride off in the sunset after celebrating their start of retirement Friday from Goodwill Manasota. Friday was a time to pause and look back at Goodwill Manasota's history and the visionary efforts of the organization which is dedicated to improving the quality of life in this community. The organization is focused on three main objectives: Good Jobs, Good Homes and Good Neighborhoods. The Rev. Don Roberts, chief executive officer, and Peggy Roberts, president of housing, are retiring with more than 30 years with the organization.
