Pier 22 is located right on the waterfront and the patio is the perfect place to spend Christmas when it's nearly 80-degrees outside. And Pier 22 is open from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you are looking for an indoor buffet, the Lakewood Ranch Polo Grill is open from noon to 5 p.m. For Island dining, there's Euphemia Haye, home to Bradenton's most famous chef Jamie Gregorich. …
