Three Shooting Victims Drive Themselves to Hospital
The three men were shot near DeSoto Square Mall and then drive themselves to Manatee Memorial
A man with several outstanding arrest warrants has been caught and arrested on charges of attempted murder following a drive-by shooting near DeSoto Square Mall that left three men injured early Sunday morning. The three men ages 19, 20 and 21 were in a car travelling north on First Street passing Desoto Square mall at 3:30 a.m. when another vehicle came up from behind. As they turned east onto 301 Boulevard shots were filed at their car, hitting all three men. Tarvin Martiin, 24, has been charged with attempted murder and fleeing to elude in the Sunday morning shooting. He had three existing warrants on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm from another unrelated shooting that happened before the Sunday shooting. Sunday's three …
