A Manatee County woman who was reported missing over the weekend after not returning from a shopping trip has been found safe in Georgia, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office reported Wednesday. No other details were given on Debra Weiss, 54, who had last spoken to her husband last Friday evening while she was at the Ellenton Premium Outlets. Weiss' husband reported her disappearance the next day, telling investigators she is bipolar and takes medication. It's the second case of a missing person with a Manatee connection to turn up in Georgia. A Silver Alert was issued Sunday for an 88-year-old man who had left his Sun City retirement facility and was last seen driving north on Interstate 75 in Manatee County after getting into a traffic …
