The small business tops Patch's best customer service competition.
After weeks of intense competition, Keeton's Office & Art Supply has emerged the champion of customer service in Bradenton. The small business edged out contenders in matchups that totaled 64 competitors. Readers were asked to vote in polls for their favorite business, leave comments and post star ratings on Bradenton Patch. And, boy, did readers let us know how much they like Keeton's and its dedication to getting things right for its loyal customer base. Second place goes to Manatee Vet Clinic. Name of owner: Sea Star Owners: Matthew Cardwell & Casey Anderson In business since: Opened in June 2008. Matt moved to the area in 2006 and Casey moved here in 1989. It's a small town, so everyone knows each other and is very willing to support local businesses. What we would like people to know about us is that we LOVE what we do, and the second you walk in our doors, you are considered family! It is hard to pick one certain time of good customer service, as Casey has most people's orders in before they even sit down! We are very open to people's desires even when we do not have specifics on the menu!

After an intense weekend of voting, four local businesses remain in Patch’s customer service tournament. We started with 64 businesses in mid-March, and our readers have chosen these heavyweights of customer service.
