There will be a return of Romney in Sarasota on Thursday, and this time it's Ann Romney's turn. The wife of Gov. Mitt Romney will be the special guest at a breakfast fundraiser for Congressman Connie Mack, who is challenging incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson for the U.S. Senate, according to the Republican Party of Sarasota County. Mitt Romney had appeared at a large grassroots fundraiser at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in September. The fundraiser is scheduled for 8 a.m. Thursday at the Hyatt Regency.
