Managed by a couple with no people skills, some people should not have contact with people.. We will never go back. packed in between a cemetary and gang infested neighbood. DO NOT go out of the park at night, it is not safe. Overpriced compared to much nicer and safer parks in the area.Management and owners have the same mindset and only care about money not the safery of guest.

Founded 30 years ago, Tropical Gardens RV park is a quiet oasis right off SR 70, and conveniently located close to town. Out of 150 spaces, 40 are offered for rent, with amenities and activities for mature travelers. Laundry facilities are onsite, and shopping is nearby for restocking essentials required for on the road travelers. Rates are based on length of visit, and offer a 50 percent discount during off-season. Activities revolve around seasonal travelers, with potluck dinners, bingo and monthly entertainment. Shuffleboard courts are adjacent to the community center, with a heated pool and horseshoe lanes nearby. Close to the entrance is a fire pit, well stocked with wood, for evening get together’s as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Gang infested area, renters are advised not to leave the park after dark. Expensive for the area. Much nicer parks available. Management hard to get along with. One woman resident was beaten to death inside the parks entrance.
