I had to choose a star but I give them 0 stars. Very poor diagnostic abilities. Initially diagnosed vehicle as needing a fuel pump which cost $550.00. Then said that it had a blown head gasket. Seems to be a blown head gasket would have generated an engine code and a good mechanic would have seen that. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. To me this is very negligent.

After recently moving from North Carolina, I was faced with serious auto issues, after being told about Roy's I called them and took my vehicle there and left it, before I could get home they were calling me to advise me what they found and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. Those guys were under the cost in most auto centers and I felt as though I could trust them. I have since used them again. As a matter of fact,my vehicle is there now and I am awaiting there completion. Great folks and dependable service.
