Just want to take a minute to say Thank You! I received a beautiful arrangement created by you which prompted me to think of you when I sent flowers to my Sister . I consider myself to be very picky and your service far exceeded my expectations. I think too often we hear the negative so I wanted to make sure I tell you what a positive experience I had in both giving and receiving flowers.

Two of the baskets sent to my father's funeral from this shop were faulty. Both had dead hibiscus plants in them. For one plant the owner told me that 'it was only used as filler and was worth $4, and he had nothing worth $4 in the store to send me. The other was infested with caterpillars, and he said that wasn't his fault, and he only agreed to replace it after I made a scene in the shop. The plant he replaced it with died the next day. I guess when orders are placed from out of town guests they use their dead or dying plants. Or they figure funerals only last one day. Either way, the way I was treated by this store's owner is unforgiveable.
