No returns. All sales final. Fair enough -- that's clearly posted on their website.
But no warranties on defective merchandise? That's just bad business. Every sofa in their store is tagged with a warranty card but they don't honor it because the "warranty tag is only there to show you that the furniture is new". The sales people who sell you the furniture don't make that clear at all.
