Claimed they didn't have roses for the birthday arrangement my daughter ordered for me (something she knew I'd like), so other flowers were substituted. She wasn't told when she ordered that they didn't have flowers to make the arrangement as pictured. Why not? She called Josey's when she saw what I received, & was told, "I'm sorry" several times, but nothing else. I took the arrangement in myself. Supposedly, the arrangement delivered is worth more than the one ordered, but it doesn't look it. Yes, I could have left the arrangement & been given a refund, & then I'd have no flowers. Josey's will not be considered for doing the flowers for my daughter's Spring wedding; they may decide to substitute lilies for roses!
