Ed Wilczynski opened his tavern in a rural New Jersey area in 1935; soon it was the busiest joint in the area to get a drink. Four generations later in 2008, one of the nephews opened Ed's Tavern in Lakewood Ranch, offering the same fun and family atmosphere way down south.
