Central Cafe was founded in 2004 by Mark Cripe, who is also the eatery's executive chef. Lunchtime draws large crowds, and the facility offers a happy hour from 4pm to 7 pm, Tuesday through Friday. Wine tastings are hosted here on the third Wednesday of each month from 5pm to 7pm for $10, as well.
