Walk into Bakery di Europa and let the sweet aroma of fresh, Italian pastries delight your senses. Bradenton's only full-service bakery was established in October 2005. Owner Mindy Cress specializes in custom wedding cakes but also offers a variety of baked goods, lunch items and catering. Customers will enjoy lingering over delectable desserts and espresso or freshly made soups and sandwiches in the café-style atmosphere or can take their treats outside for some al fresco dining. Fresh bread is available on Friday and Saturday. Cress accepts special orders for gluten-free and sugar-free items.
