Serving the lunch and early dinner crowd, the menu is widely varied, from salads and chicken dishes to heartier steaks, ribs and pasta dishes. The latest signature dishes of the constantly evolving menu are the Flavor Loaded steak series, which includes the Napa Valley Cabernet and portobello mushroom combo and Bourbon Street steak with blackened shrimp. Then there is the classic Applebee’s Signature Steak Sauce, which is garnished with crispy fried peppers and onion strings.
