Special three-course menu offers three indulgent ways to ring in 2014.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is welcoming 2014 with a special three-course prix fixe menu available only on Tuesday, December 31st at all Fleming’s locations during normal dinner hours. This limited time culinary experience features an exquisitely prepared Filet Mignon paired with an 8-oz Lobster Tail.

Guests are invited to ring in the New Year at Fleming’s and enjoy this special menu for $69.95 per Guest. (Excludes tax and gratuity)

The enticing first course features a Roasted Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp with tomato jam and cilantro followed by a choice of a Fleming’s Salad or Modern Caesar. The culinary experience continues with a Filet Mignon paired with an 8-oz. Lobster Tail. Guests can also choose to indulge in Fleming’s featured wine pairing, Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut ($12 glass, $100 by the magnum bottle) and end the night with our Chef-inspired Black and White Roulade with homemade lemon custard and blueberry dipping sauce for $9.95.
