Want to Rent Rotten Ralph's Pier Space?

Bradenton Beach leaders are seeking to lease the space where Rotten Ralph's restaurant was located.

Bradenton Beach leaders are seeking a new tenant to occupy restaurant space on the Bradenton Beach City Pier. The deadline to submit a bid is Sept. 5.

Bradenton.com reports that the city is interested in leasing space that was occupied by Rotten Ralph's restaurant, as well as a bait store and harbor master's office. 

The minimum bid is:

  •  $5,500 a month for the restaurant plus 12 percent of the restaurant's gross sales,
  • $750 a month for the bait shop
  • $500 a month for the harbor master's office. 
The owner of Rotten Ralph's vacated its space in a rent dispute with the city. Ralph's has re-opened near IMG Academy.
