The $6.2 million is now under construction. Here's a breakdown of some of the costs of building the 1.2 mile long linear park. All of the amounts come from NDC's project budget.

Maybe in addition to water fountains there could be a spout to fill watrer/sports bottle. It is really tough to fill a sports bottle from a traditional designed fountain. I have seem them in many recreational areas.
