Warning: Serial Flasher Targeting Women at Robinson Preserve

Young, thin white man exposing himself to women 18 to 40.

A man has been hanging out in Robinson Preserve and exposing himself to women, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff’s Office is investigating four cases involving the man exposing himself in Robinson Preserve, located in the 9900 block of 17th Ave. N.W.

The incidents occurred between September 7 and September 27:

  • Friday, Sept. 7, 9:45 a.m.; a woman was was riding a bicycle when a man standing near bridge turned toward her and exposed himself. The woman described him as a white man age 30 to 35, 5-feet-10- inches to six feet tall and between 140 and 160 pounds.
  • Friday, Sept. 7, 10:39 a.m., man on bicycle exposed himself to woman wo described him as a white man, thin build, about 6-feet tall, age 30 to 35, who was wearing a ball cap
  • Saturday, Sept. 15, 9:30 a.m. a woman was running through the park when a man on a bicycle exposed himself. The woman described him as a white man about 40 years old with short hair.
  • Thursday, Sept. 27, 3:40 p.m., a man sitting on a park bench exposed himself to woman who described him as a white man, about 6-feet-tall about 20 to 30 years old and weating a faded green t-shirt.

Based on the various women's accounts deputies believe the suspect is a white man, 20-35 years old, approximately 6-feet-tall with a thin to medium build.  He usually wears a ball cap but is believed to be bald. He has been seen on an unknown type of bicycle.  The victims are all women between the ages of 18 to 40.
