There sure is a lot of violent crime on the streets of Manatee County lately. I guess that's why our county has the 9th highest crime rate of the 67 counties in Florida. A few more stories like this and I'm sure we'll be well on our way to #1! Way to go Sheriff Brad. Thanks for keeping us safe and secure (NOT!). Good citizens of Manatee County - arm yourselves, stock up on ammo if you can find any, and get your concealed weapons licences as soon as possible if you plan on maintaining residence here. Your lives, and the lives of the ones you love, depend on it!
