Fourth Suspect Arrested in Murder Case

The suspect was found hiding in an attic when deputies arrived to arrest him.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office arrested Laderrian D. Frazier today in connection with a shooting death last week.

Deputies, who received a CrimeStoppers tip, found Frazier hiding in the attic of an apartment in the Mira-Lagos Apartment Complex in the 300 block of 34th Ave. Dr. East.

Frazier is one of four men charged in the shooting death of Evin Perez-Perez, 27, of Mexico. He was Bradenton's second murder victim this year. He was killed on Oct. 22 at about 4:15 a.m. Bradenton Police arrested the first two suspects 15 hours later with help from the community and video surveillance from area businesses.

John Tyson Jr, 25, was charged with principal in the first degree to murder after he turned himself in to police Wednesday, and cooperated with investigators, according to police reports.

The latest help came in the form of a Manatee County Crime Stoppers Tip; the group's mission is to increase the safety of the Manatee County community by assisting law enforcement agencies in removing undesirable individuals from the community, Merriman said.
