Did Driver Try to Lure Girls to His Vehicle?
The motorist reportedly was yelling to the 10-year-old girls to come over to his truck.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a report that an unidentified man in a blue truck tried to get two 10-year-old girls to come over to his vehicle, as they walked nearby.
One of the girl's parents phoned deputies after the girl fled and ran home.
According to investigators, the girls were walking along the 1000 block of 59th Drive East, when a man in a blue truck drove by. He waved and yelled "Come here!" several times, until the two girls ran away.
