The 56-year-old clerk was outside by the picnic table at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday night when she was approached by the suspect. He forced her back into the office and had her empty the cash drawer.

The man, described as white, 5-feet-10 inches, 230 pounds and wearing a black hat, red Bandana gray shirt and shorts, ran north through the parking lot. A K-9 unit from the sheriff's office responded and tracked the suspect to the rear of the Chinese buffet in the adjacent parking lot, but then lost track of him.
