Inner Engineering is designed by Sadhguru, a yogi and profound mystic.  It is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation.  The course is a comprehensive system addressing every aspect of human wellbeing – from body, mind, and emotions to the fundamental life energy within us.   It combines both the powerful aspects of the Inner Engineering On-line program and the Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya, a 21-minute practice.
