Lakewood Ranch High School orientation set for August 14

Abby Mendison – LRHS News Editor

(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Officials at Lakewood Ranch High School are already preparing for the coming school year.  Starting at 6 pm, Aug. 14 new students and incoming freshmen will be able to pick up their unofficial schedules and attend an orientation that details the upcoming school year. Returning Mustangs can pick up their unofficial schedules at 6 pm on Aug. 15.

After new students get their schedules they will be able to walk around the campus and locate their classrooms. The classrooms will not be open for students to go in.

Guidance counselors will distribute schedules. Any changes a student would like to make can be written down and then given to the counselor at that time. Representatives from different extracurricular activities clubs will also be there to introduce themselves to incoming freshman and new students.
