Lasting Looks of Sarasota, a local business that offers a variety of specialty skincare and body treatments, recently added a new Cosmetologist, Emily Jamieson, to their team. Jamieson is a fully-licensed Cosmetologist and a graduate of Joe Blasco Make-Up School, the only accredited make-up school in the United States.
Jamieson has extensive experience all over the country including Los Angeles, where she did make-up for music videos as well as student films. She has worked at the Van Wezel, the Sarasota Opera House, and did make-up and hair for weddings before working in Orlando at Walt Disney World in their cosmetology department. She also holds her Associates degree from State College of Florida.
“I am thrilled to join the Lasting Looks of Sarasota team and return to what I love best - skin care and make- up,” says Jamieson. “I have a passion for helping others look and feel their best.”

Lasting Looks of Sarasota is hosting a special Glo Mineral Make-up and Extreme Lash Extensions Event on June 27 from 4:00-7:00pm pm. Clients can learn about current makeup and lash trends as well as the most cutting edge treatments for the skin. The evening will feature complimentary Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments and National Glo Mineral make-up artists will be on site for demonstrations.
