The Table Creekside Sunday Brunch

If you could eat the finest brunch on the west coast of
Florida in the best waterside location, why wouldn’t you? It’s a question you
don’t have to answer.

Besides
tempting chef creations such as Stuffed French Toast Panini or Quinoa Pancakes
and the specialized Egg Benedict Bar that offers six different variations on a classic
dish, Chef Pedro is introducing an Intercontinental Buffet for $22.95. This
delightful buffet highlights a delicious array of assorted topical fruits,
bagels, pastry, croissants, flavored cream cheeses, cured salmon, capers,
vegetable mignonette, black forest ham, roasted asparagus, Manchego cheese
tomato salad, and roasted vegetable quinoa tabbouleh. Add two organic eggs any
style over potato hash for an additional $7.95. This is truly a culinary
journey through Europe and South America with the best brunch items personally
selected and expertly prepared by Chef Pedro.

If Eggs
Benedict is the dish you associate with a quintessential brunch, branch out
this year and try the Short Rib version which features peppercorn hollandaise
and Nueske’s potato hash. The French Rivera Egg Benedict is artfully composed
of duck confit, poached egg, thyme hollandaise and crispy potato hash. And the
hearty Alamo pairs barbeque pulled pork with the perfectly poached egg and
braised baby kale. Average price for the six Benedict dishes ranges from $12.95
to $18.95.

Chef Pedro’s
Creations is a testament to his versatility and his passion for cuisine.  His nine innovative brunch stars include a
Barcelona open-faced Panini made with Serrano ham and Spanish chorizo, goat cheese
spread, fried egg and more. It’s a full meal sandwich. Another is Havana Joe’s
which is a New York Strip steak paired with organic fried egg, Caribbean slaw
and sweet plantain lasagna.

On the lighter side or for
vegetarians, there’s the Garden Vegetable Omelet made with egg whites, spinach,
mushrooms, onion, Mexican farmer’s cheese and sliced avocado. The open-faced
Power Omelet combines egg whites, grilled chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, feta
and arugula. There are enough imaginative Chef Creations, omelets, Benedict Bar
selections, and Intercontinental Buffet selections so that you could come to
The Table Creekside Brunch every Sunday all season and never eat the same thing
twice.
