Community Corner

Planned Giving Seminar

Manatee Glens Chief Development Officer Janet Ginn, CFRE, is presenting an
overview of  the newest applications and
developments in planned giving at a luncheon on Thursday, August 1 at the Polo
Grill. Mrs. Ginn will present the key elements for families and individuals who
want to leave a lasting and significant impression to those they value most.
She will also announce the newest opportunities for friends of Manatee Glens
who want to give back to their community.

The
principles of planned giving apply to almost everyone, not simply the very
wealthy. “People of all walks of life are often pleasantly surprised to find
that they can create significant gifts that will benefit their communities and
the causes they care about the most,” stated Ginn.

There are new ways to make even small gifts
compound significantly. “It is most rewarding for me to help people plan for
their family’s future while also including a charitable gift, bequest or trust.
These types of gifts guarantee that your legacy endures and your loved ones are
well cared for.”
