PIER 22 Announces The Basics of Sauce Preparation for Fish, Poultry, Beef and Game with Executive Chef Greg Campbell.

The first class of the new season will be held on Thursday, September 26th, 2013 from 6pm at Pier 22. This cooking class is from 6pm to 8:30pm and includes a five course tasting. The price is $29.95 per person or $39.95 to include two beverages (plus tax, tip and beverages) Chef Greg's classes are always lively, fun and informative and the food D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!
