Open House at Palmetto Branch Library

In celebration of National Library Week (April 13-19), the Friends of the Palmetto Branch Library are pleased welcome the public to a special "Open House" event, featuring a welcome and introduction by Library Branch Manager, Yoshira Castro, a presentation on the Library System's Innovations by Library Services Manager, Ava Ehde. and a workshop on one of the library's most popular electronic resources: eBooks (such as the Kindle and Nook) by Librarian Dotty Chandler. There will be exhibits and refreshments provided by the Friends, and a piano performance during the event by Bob and Sherry Hanson. Free. No registration required.
