Foodies and Wine lovers, Save the Date for the 5th Annual Food and Wine on Pine event, Saturday, May 2nd, 11:30am – 6:30pm. It is a culinary and cultural experience featuring 25 of the area’s locally owned restaurants showcasing dishes made with the freshest products from our local waters and farms! More than 30 spectacular wines and an array of craft beers will accompany the food along with a juried art show, a variety of musical performances playing music from past and current eras, a children’s activity area as well as a Kentucky Derby tent with televised races, a hat contest, chance betting, prizes, derby drinks and more.
Admission is $2.00, food and beverage tickets are $1.00 each. Proceeds benefit local arts and culture non-profits. Free island trolley from Crosspoint Fellowship church or park at the Anna Maria Island Community Center. Pine Avenue is at the north end of Anna Maria Island one block north of the Sandbar Restaurants. Rain date Sunday, May 3rd.
