State College of Florida Collegiate School (SCFCS) will hold an information session for parents interested in enrolling their children entering 11th grade in Fall 2013 at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, March 19 and March 26, at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. West, SCFCS, building 19.
As an innovative, technology-oriented school, SCFCS is a tuition-free public charter school that offers the Accelerated College Program to students entering 11th grade. Students receive guidance and support from SCFCS while taking college courses at SCF Bradenton with an opportunity to earn simultaneously a high school diploma and an associate’s degree.

A partnership with Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) provides a scholarship program for SCFCS graduates to continue to FGCU for a baccalaureate degree.
In its second year, SCFCS earned a second consecutive ‘A’ grade from the Florida Department of Education (DOE) based on students’ performance on the 2012 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test.
