This state-of-the-art fitness center will open its doors on January 14 at 4702 Cortez Road West. Focused on women, Inches Fitness offers an array of classes, personal coaching, a large saltwater pool for aqua classes, spinning, cardio, weight-training and childcare.
This 7,000+ square-foot, two-story facility includes a main Fitness Room, spin room with Real Rider bikes, Cybex cardio machines (treadmill and elliptical) with touch screens and TVs, a 20’ x 35’ heated saltwater pool for laps and water-aerobics, a TRX room, a well-appointed dressing rooms with showers, and a child care room. All trainers are experienced with various certifications such as CSC, SWC, and ISSA.
