Author and Restauranteur Chef Raymond Arpke

The Friends of the Island Branch Library welcome Raymond Arpke. The Executive Chef is sure to entertain with stories about his iconic Longboat Key establishment, Euphemia Haye. Arpke is also the of author a 2006 cookbook and autobiography, “You Don’t Have to be Crazy, But it Helps: Recipes and Rantings of a Mad Man.”

The program is FREE and seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. No prior registration is necessary.
