Specialty: Polish and German cuisine. My Polish specialties are pierogies. My German specialties are schnitzels.
How long have you been cooking? 11 years.
Do you cook at home? No, not very often. Sometimes, I do, though.
What is your favorite comfort food? Stuffed cabbage.
Other than your restaurant, where else do you like to eat in Bradenton? I love seafood, so I eat out at a lot of the seafood restaurants on the island. I also like going to The Olive Garden and Outback Steakhouse sometimes.
A message from Chef Krystyna: If you like traditional Polish and German cuisines, you will find them here. Everything on the menu comes from recipes that have been passed down through my family or collected from my friends. This restaurant is as authentic as any restaurant you’ll find in Europe.
Other information: Every Friday and Saturday night, we host live music. It’s all very traditional — Bavarian, polka, and yodeling.
