The Bay Club at Terra Ceia Bay unveiled two new models this week, located in the beautiful high-rise condominium on Terra Ceia Bay in Palmetto. Both models are beautifully furnished to enhance the spectacular views of Terra Ceia Bay and the St. Pete Skyline.
“We are nearing the sellout of this magnificent property and felt the timing was perfect to create our new models,” said Joe Romanowski, project manager at Terra Ceia Bay. “Every home here is ready for buyers to move into immediately and we anticipate selling our last 18 units rather quickly.”
One new model is 2120 square feet and the other is 2420 square feet under air conditioned space.
Bay Club and Bay Pointe are the newest additions to Terra Ceia Bay providing the latest in construction, floor plans and features with spectacular panoramic waterfront views.
There are only 18 inventory residences remaining in the three waterfront buildings — Bay Club which consists of two high-rise buildings and Bay Pointe, a smaller building. There is only one 6th floor residence left in Bay Pointe. The residences all feature expansive waterfront views of the Bay, and some have one-car garages and side balconies. Pricing starts in the low $200’s.
“Our most popular floor plans are selling out fast,” said Romanowski.
