Ben Vitale Specializes in Commercial Litigation

Vitale joins Gurley & Associates from a high-end Fortune 500 law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he specialized in complex commercial litigation.

Raised in Lakeland, Florida, Vitale earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, Vitale began his practice with a large law firm in the areas of insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution, complex commercial litigation, and products liability, mass torts, and class action litigation.
