Celebrate Halloween Weekend Watching The Rocky Horror Picture Show

The Manatee Players will offer two special showings over the spooky holiday.

The Manatee Players will have two special showings of the cult movie classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show Oct. 26 and 27 at 11 p.m. 

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is the 1975 film adaptation of the British rock musical stage play, The Rocky Horror Show, written by Richard O'Brien. The film is a parody of B-movie, science fiction and horror films of the late 1940s through early 1970s.  The film introduces Tim Curry and features Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick.

The movie will be shown at the Manatee Players, 102 Old Main Street, downtown. Admission is $8 and tickets are available online at www.manateeplayers.com or at the box office by calling 941-748-5875.
