Downtown Verizon Building Gets a Bath
The sidewalks at both ends of Fourth Avenue West, 10th Street and Old Main Street will be closed due to a pressure-washing project on the Verizon building.
The Verizon building, located at 1017 4th Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton, is getting a bath every day from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. until the work is complete on August 23.
Don’t be surprised if you see cones and caution tape placed within the parking spaces along the eastbound lane of this block to prohibit vehicles from parking there. Officials say it’s precautionary measure to prevent vehicles from being during the pressure washing process.
Don’t worry, all barricades and signs will be removed at the end of each day.
