REMAX Platinum Realty Opens St. Armands Office
SARASOTA, FL – RE/MAX Platinum Realty celebrated the opening of its new St. Armands office with a reception for employees, friends and the real estate community. The St. Armands office has relocated to larger quarters at 500 John Ringling Blvd., Suite 100, and has become a full RE/MAX franchise instead of a branch office.

Converting to a full franchise is one step toward the company’s goal of expanding its reach into Longboat Key, according to Broker-Owner Bryan Guentner. “Only full franchises are shown as office locations on REMAX.com and Global.REMAX.com, which will give our St. Armands agents more exposure. As our expansion continues, we are looking forward to attracting more Longboat Key agents and clients. We want to continue to position our company as the premier international luxury real estate brand in Sarasota and beyond.”

RE/MAX Platinum Realty offers full-service residential real estate solutions in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, specializing in luxury and waterfront properties. The company markets homes to 87 countries in 32 languages, and maintains offices in downtown Sarasota, St. Armands, Lakewood Ranch, Osprey and Venice. Telephone: (941) 929-9090.
